Questions dealers ask first

Does it cost anything to join and bid?

No. Joining, getting verified and bidding on live auctions are free on the Free plan. You only pay if you choose a paid plan, an add-on such as the Verified Shield, or a Launchpad promotion.

Do you take a commission on the vehicle I sell?

No. The buyer pays you directly for the vehicle. Lowzo's buyer fee is charged to the buyer, not to you. On used-vehicle deals, the dealer pays a flat success fee by price band when an offer is accepted.

How do I get buyers' contact details?

Buyers bid anonymously. When a buyer unlocks your offer, they receive your details and contact you. You'll see them in Leads in the app.

What stops my margin from being destroyed?

You set your floor and never bid below it. The auto-bid agent respects your floor. You can also win by matching the lowest price with more free extras instead of cutting the price.

How fast do I need to respond?

Bidding windows run from 25 minutes to 24 hours, set by the buyer. Notifications arrive instantly, and the auto-bid agent can respond for you.

What do I need to get verified?

Your GST registration and KYC documents. They're reviewed before you can bid, and the verified badge then appears on every bid you place.
