You have the right to delete your Lowzo account at any time. When you delete your account, we will remove or anonymise your personal information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
Short version: You can delete your account from the app or via our website. Most of your data is removed within 30 days. We retain limited data for legal, tax, and fraud prevention purposes.
You can delete your account using either of the following methods:
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your request history, bid history, and any other data associated with your account.
When you delete your account, we remove the following categories of personal data:

Deletion typically takes up to 30 days from the date of your request.
We are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, tax, and fraud prevention purposes. This data is not used for any other purpose and is stored securely.

Note: Retained data is anonymised where possible and is never used for marketing or advertising. Your privacy is maintained even after account deletion.

Lowzo may delete inactive accounts that have been dormant for a significant period. An account is considered inactive if:

Lowzo does not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us at support@lowzo.in.
